This policy explains what information LiveFirst (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit livefirst.co, book a call or email us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose. If anything is unclear, email hello@livefirst.co.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email address, and the answers you give in the booking form (for example your business website and what you need built). Bookings are handled by Cal.com.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- When you visit the site: standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit. This is recorded by our hosting provider for security and performance.
- Advertising measurement: if you arrive from one of our ads, we may use the Meta Pixel to learn whether the ad led to a visit or a booked call. It uses cookies and similar technology set by Meta.
We do not sell your information, and we never ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
- To hold the call you booked and to reply to your messages.
- To prepare a scope and quote for your project, if you ask for one.
- To keep the website secure and working well.
- To understand which of our ads are useful, so we spend less on the ones that are not.
Legal basis (UK and EU visitors)
We process your information because you asked us to (booking a call or contacting us), because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing our website, or, for advertising cookies, because you consented to them where consent is required.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the services that help us run LiveFirst:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and domain services.
- Cal.com: call booking, reminders and video calls.
- Zoho: our business email.
- Meta: advertising measurement, when the Meta Pixel is in use.
These providers may store data in countries other than yours, including the United States. They are required to protect it and use it only to provide their service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Our own website does not set tracking cookies. The booking calendar (Cal.com) and, when active, the Meta Pixel may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details and emails for as long as we are talking about a project, and for client projects as long as needed for our records. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no reason to keep it, we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Email hello@livefirst.co and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
